[RYANN]
After dinner, Ryann went to her hut to change out of her comfy clothes. Despite the unbearable heat during the day, she knew it would get chilly as it started getting dark out.
She put on a pair of loose jean shorts, a dark blue tank top, and threw on a sage green sweatshirt over.
Since she had washed her hair when taking a shower earlier, it wasn't as messy as it usually was. She tried to decide if she would look crazy or not wearing her hair down by feeling around and touching her hair, and came to the conclusion that it would be fine.
She put a hairtie on her wrist in case she got overstimulated by her hair getting in her face, before walking out the door.
Ryann could hear the shouts and laughs in the distance. As she got closer, the cracking sound of the fire also became more clear.
Then, a voice right by her ear startled her.
"Hey." She jumped slightly before turning her head to see Minho grinning ear to ear. She almost forgot to breathe when she noticed how close he was.
She wanted to just stay there, face to face, smiling at each other. But, she knew that wouldn't work.
Maybe in another lifetime, she thought and pushed his face away with her hand while she started walking over to their friends, trying to bite her smile back.
She could hear Minho's footsteps behind her, so she knew he was doing the same.
"What are you guys staring at?" Ryann heard Minho ask from behind her.
The group had their backs turned to them, looking at something. Gally turned around and pointed to the direction of one of the treelogs on the ground.
Ryann couldn't make out what was going on, so she pushed through the small crowd, and the sight made her smile.
She reached back to grab Minho's arm and pulled him next to her. A little further away, Ben and Aaron were sitting next to each other, clearly flirting.
"Do you think one of them will have the balls to confess anytime soon? Or will they just keep going on like this forever?" She said and looked up at Minho.
"I'm not sure actually. Something i do know is that they are both useless and oblivious." He laughed before turning to look at her with the most contagious smile.
"Yeah, they're not the only ones." Gally mumbled from behind her. She frowned slightly, wondering what he meant, but she chose to let it go.
Despite keeping her eyes on the two love birds in front of her, she could feel Minho's burning gaze on the side of her face. Her cheeks started getting warm, so to keep anyone from noticing her blushing, she walked over to grab a drink.
Yup, I'm done for, she thought as she chugged a random drink.

Now, a few hours later, Ryann sat alone in the watch tower. She dangled her legs back and forth as she watched everyone have fun and laugh with each other.
It was the moments like these that made her feel extremely out of sorts. She had done everything in her power to fit in, and mostly she had succeeded.
But parts of her knew that she would always be different.
Her thoughts were quickly interrupted by the sound of the tower's ladder creaking. She didn't bother turning around to see who it was, she already knew.
